The craft was never the problem; everything around it was: slow replies, lost samples, buyers treated like order numbers instead of partners. We know because we grew up in it, not read about it. One of us spent years in commodity export. The other comes from marketing and creative; finding buyers, building the relationship, making sure it actually works. Together, that's the whole gap covered.
